Job summary
The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the company and its subsidiaries across construction equipment leasing, marine dredging services, and engineering/procurement activities within the oil and gas sector. The role requires strong business acumen, operational expertise, and leadership capability.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute business strategies across all subsidiaries
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, marine, and oil & gas sectors
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion
Operations Oversight:
- Oversee equipment leasing operations (e.g., excavators, transport equipment)
- Supervise marine operations, including dredging projects
- Ensure efficient execution of engineering and procurement services
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability
- Approve major expenditures and investments
Team & Performance Management:
- Lead and manage senior managers and departmental heads
- Establish performance targets and monitor execution
- Build a high-performance and accountable workforce
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain relationships with key clients in construction and oil & gas sectors
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and partnerships
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention'
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards
- Manage operational risks across all business units
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- Minimum of 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in construction, marine, or oil & gas sectors
