General Manager
Job summary
Our client, a real estate company in Festac, is seeking a General Manager who will oversee daily operations, drive sales & marketing, manage client relations, and ensure the profitability of all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to increase land acquisitions in Festac, Amuwo-Odofin, Satellite Town & Mile 2.
- Recruit, train, and manage sales agents, marketers, and admin staff. Set KPIs and drive performance.
- Oversee site inspections, client negotiations, documentation, and closing of deals. Ensure compliance with Lagos State property laws.
- Prepare budgets, monitor cash flow, approve expenses, and deliver monthly P&L reports.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, investors, lawyers, and government agencies.
- Lead marketing campaigns – social media, billboards, site branding, open house events.
- Monitor ongoing developments, liaise with contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Provide weekly sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as General Manager, Branch Manager, or Senior Sales Lead in real estate in Lagos.
- Must be very familiar with Festac, Amuwo-Odofin. Living within Amuwo-Odofin is a key advantage.
- BSc/HND in Estate Management, Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of Lagos property docs (C of O, Governor’s Consent).
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
