Job summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager – South Region to provide strategic leadership and oversee the Company's operations, business growth, sales performance, and stakeholder engagement across the South Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee the Company's operations within the South Region.
  • Drive business growth, revenue generation, and achievement of regional sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and enhance market penetration.
  • Resolve operational, customer, and stakeholder issues while managing business risks effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and deliver regular operational and business reports to Executive Management.
  • Represent the Company in business engagements, negotiations, and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand presence and drive growth.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years' progressive management experience, with at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and revenue performance.
  • Experience within the real estate, property development, construction, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
