Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos for a Gas and Power Business Development Specialist. In this role, the specialist will identify and engage potential clients, perform market research to assess opportunities, and develop lead generation strategies. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, developing tailored business proposals, identifying new business or market expansion opportunities, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. The role allows occasional work from home, offering flexibility while maintaining on-ground engagement in Lagos.
Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills for building relationships, presenting ideas, and negotiating with clients
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research for effective client engagement and strategic growth
  • Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Proven experience or knowledge in the gas, power, and renewable energy sectors is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
