The Gardener is responsible for maintaining and caring for the Estate's lawns, gardens, plants, hedges, trees, and other landscaped areas. The role involves regular mowing, watering, pruning, trimming, planting, weed control, pest and plant health monitoring, as well as keeping outdoor spaces clean, neat, and presentable.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, watering, aerating, feeding, reseeding and weed control.
- Plant, water, prune, trim, stake, mulch and care for flowers, shrubs, hedges, trees and other landscape plants.
- Carry out regular hedge trimming and shaping at HELIU to the approved height, line and presentation standard.
- Monitor plant health; identify pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies and irrigation problems; and apply or recommend approved treatments safely.
- Prepare soil, flower beds, pots and planters and carry out approved seasonal planting.
- Keep paths, driveways, entrances, patios, drains, outdoor furniture and garden features clean, tidy and free of debris.
- Keep all assigned grounds presentable for daily use, visitors, official functions and short-notice arrivals.
- Use, clean, secure and maintain gardening tools, machinery, handyman equipment and personal protective equipment.
- Perform any other lawful and reasonable related duty assigned by the CEO, Facility Manager and Management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of SSCE
