Game Studio Attendant
Job summary
We are seeking to hire customer-friendly and reliable Gaming Studio Attendants to support the day-to-day operations of our gaming studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment, assisting with game setup, and providing basic customer support.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact at the gaming studio.
- Assist customers with game station allocation, onboarding, and basic use of gaming equipment or systems.
- Monitor the studio floor to ensure customers are comfortable and that studio rules are followed.
- Support the smooth running of gaming sessions and promptly escalate technical issues or customer concerns where necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and general upkeep of the gaming studio, equipment, and customer areas.
- Ensure gaming stations, consoles, accessories, and other studio equipment are properly arranged and handled with care.
- Record customer usage, bookings, payments, or other operational information as may be required.
- Provide basic customer service support and resolve simple issues in a calm and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory or studio supplies and report low stock, damaged equipment, or operational concerns.
- Support promotional activities, events, competitions, or in-studio activations where required.
- Comply with all studio policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
