Supritendent Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the statutory Superintendent Pharmacist in line with PCN requirements
  
• Ensuring full compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and professional standards
  
• Setting and maintaining clear operating procedures and safe working practices
  
• Overseeing dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately
  
• Reviewing prescriptions to ensure correct dosage and prevent harmful interactions
  
• Speaking directly with patients and offering clear, practical advice
  
• Supporting consultations with professional pharmaceutical input
  
• Keeping accurate medication and patient records
  
• Investigating errors, complaints, and near-misses, and driving improvement
  
• Managing stock and helping keep operations running smoothly
  
• Leading and supporting pharmacy staff to deliver respectful, patient-focused care

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / M.Pharm / PharmD
  
• Minimum of one year post-NYSC progressive experience in Pharmacy within the private or public sector
  
• Registered member of the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) with a valid practising licence
  
• Completion of compulsory National Youth Service or exemption
  
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and strongly patient-focused
  
• Calm, professional, and confident in decision-making
  
• Strong communication skills and leadership potential
  
• Comfortable working on-site as part of a growing team
