This is an all-inclusive, full-time role for an in-house Videographer who thrives in both a structured studio environment and out in the field. You will manage lighting, camera operations, audio, and production for our high-energy studio shows (React-style, talk shows, and pop-culture content) as well as capture live community and external events.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- In-House Studio Production & Technical Operations
- Set up, configure, and operate multi-camera setups, studio lighting rigs, wireless microphones, and audio mixing equipment for Zooka TV shows.
- Execute studio shoots according to production schedules provided by management.
- Supervise and maintain all company studio space, media gear, and technical assets.
- Assist, document, and cover company-sponsored community initiatives, charity events, and local outreach programs. Assisting the community is a core responsibility required of all Tami Media employees.
- Post-Production Collaboration & Media Management
- Offload, organize, tag, and deliver raw footage efficiently to the editing team.
- Work closely with editors and Producers to ensure visual quality, proper framing, and audio clarity.
Requirements:
- Hands-on proficiency with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, studio/location lighting setup, audio gear, and camera gimbals/stabilizers.
- Prior experience in studio production formats (React-style shows, interviews, digital media).
- Strong technical discipline, punctuality, and ability to troubleshoot production challenges independently.
- Positive attitude towards community engagement and team collaboration.
- Willingness to relocate to Lagos utilizing company accommodation.
