Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop technically challenging software projects that reflect real-world engineering environments.
• Design structured coding tasks with clear requirements and detailed documentation.
• Build deterministic test suites to verify software correctness and reproducibility.
• Containerize development tasks using Docker to ensure consistent execution environments.
• Work across multi-file codebases and maintain organized project structures.
• Validate software behavior through testing and debugging.
• Document setup instructions, expected outcomes, and testing procedures.
• Identify issues that affect code quality, reliability, and reproducibility.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as: JavaScript or TypeScript, JavaGo, Rust C or C++
• Experience designing, developing, or maintaining multi-file software projects.
• Practical experience with Docker or similar containerization tools.
• Understanding of automated testing and software validation.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver reliable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with full-stack architectures and end-to-end application development.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated test suites.
• Experience with build tools, dependency management, and code-quality workflows.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Experience creating reproducible development environments.
• Familiarity with software evaluation or AI coding assessment projects.

Compensation & Work Arrangement:

• Remuneration: NGN 700,000 monthly
• Engagement: Contract / Project-Based
