Full-Stack MERN Developer

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Implementation: Own the end-to-end development of a  B2B SaaS platform using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
• Document Parsing Pipelines: Integrate LlamaParse or similar advanced parsing mechanisms into the Express backend to cleanly ingest unstructured text and complex data tables out of uploaded medical PDFs.
• AI Orchestration & Streaming: Hook into the Anthropic Commercial API to manage multi-layered system prompts with Claude 3.5 Sonnet. Implement the Vercel AI SDK to stream real-time, word-by-word AI analytical reports back to the React UI.
• Database Design: Establish clean, fast-to-implement MongoDB schemas utilizing Mongoose to securely handle unstructured synthetic patient metrics, system toggle states, and nested JSON health reports.
• Rapid UI Component Assembly: Translate Figma design files into pixel-perfect, responsive React components using Tailwind CSS and pre-built design libraries like Shadcn/ui or Material UI.
• Continuous Staging & Deployment: Establish a basic, friction-free CI/CD workflow to continuously push the application to a live staging URL (Render, AWS, or Heroku) from Day 1 for real-time iterative review.

Requirements:

• Core Language: Absolute mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, state management, functional components, and consuming real-time streaming data layers.
• UI Styling: Exceptional speed with Tailwind CSS and integrating open-source component blocks.
• Backend: Deep familiarity with Node.js and Express.js for structuring clean, optimized RESTful API routes.
• Database & Security: Experience with MongoDB Atlas, including database modeling, secure environment variables management, and basic JWT session authentication.
• API Integration: Hands-on experience connecting to external REST APIs, handling asynchronous functions, and managing third-party token pipelines.
• AI-Native Workflow: You must actively use Cursor, Claude Code, or a similar AI-powered code-generation environment. We measure success by your ability to direct AI to build robust modules in hours instead of days.
• Scrappy Alignment: You understand the difference between production architecture and an elite MVP demo. You must be skilled at implementing structured fake/synthetic datasets to mock out complex integrations (e.g., Apple HealthKit or Oura Sync) to preserve launch velocity.
• Clear Async Communication: High responsiveness on Slack/WhatsApp/Discord and structured commits on GitHub are essential. You must be capable of working autonomously, surfacing blocks immediately, and delivering on clear daily milestones.
