Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and interactive frontend interfaces.
• Build robust backend systems, APIs, and web services.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.
• Design, manage, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.
• Integrate payment gateways and other external services where required.
• Write clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend and backend issues.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance before deployment.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Deploy applications and support production environments.
• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing company websites and applications.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, backend developers, and other departments.
• Prepare technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.
• Research and implement new technologies that can improve the company's digital products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development or demonstrated equivalent expertise.
• Strong proficiency in **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript**.
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as **React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular**.
• Strong backend development experience using technologies such as **Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, C#, or Go**.
• Strong knowledge of **MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB**, or other database technologies.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of web security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently develop, test, and deploy web applications.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced experience with **React.js / Next.js and Node.js / Express.js**.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with Laravel, Django, FastAPI, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party APIs.
• Knowledge of Redis and application caching.
• Familiarity with Linux servers and deployment environments.
• Experience building e-commerce, enterprise, or business management platforms.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalable application architecture.
• Knowledge of automated testing and testing frameworks.
