Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our order pipeline, responsible for receiving incoming fulfilment stock, managing inventory layout, and picking, packing, and dispatching orders with high speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in sending out beautifully packaged orders, and understands that every package delivered represents our brand's promise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately locate, retrieve, and verify items from inventory shelves using picking lists. Package items securely and aesthetically according to brand guidelines to prevent damage during transit.

• Inventory Receiving & Sorting: Assist in verifying incoming shipments from the inventory team and systematically restocking shelves (first-in, first-out / FIFO).

• Quality Control & Inspection: Double-check orders before sealing to ensure correct quantities, product variants, and batch codes. Ensure all promotional materials, inserts, or personalized notes are correctly included.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to maximize operational efficiency and prevent accidents.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your success in this role will be evaluated based on the following metrics:

• Order Accuracy Rate: Maintaining a target of greater than 99.5% error-free

shipments.

• Fulfillment Speed: Meeting daily cut-off times for same-day and next-day

shipping dispatch windows.

• Inventory Accuracy: Minimizing discrepancies between physical stock and

software records during routine cycle counts.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience - 1+ years of experience in retail, warehouse, e-commerce

fulfillment, or logistics preferred (but not required).

Tech Literacy - Comfort using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERPs,

or basic spreadsheet tracking.

Physical Stamina

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 20kg (approx. 45 lbs).

Soft Skills Excellent time management, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
