FTTH Project Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Drive FTTH customer acquisition and achieve Home Connect targets.
- Lead and manage field sales teams and agents within assigned clusters.
- Develop territory-based sales plans aligned with FTTH rollout.
- Track sales performance and ensure conversion from Home Pass to Home Connect.
- Coordinate with deployment teams for sales launch readiness.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with 3 years in team leadership/management.
- Experience in telecom, FTTH, broadband, or FMCG industry preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; familiar with Google Earth for territory planning.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
- Experience with MTN/ZTE or FTTH projects is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
