Responsibilities

  • Drive FTTH customer acquisition and achieve Home Connect targets.
  • Lead and manage field sales teams and agents within assigned clusters.
  • Develop territory-based sales plans aligned with FTTH rollout.
  • Track sales performance and ensure conversion from Home Pass to Home Connect.
  • Coordinate with deployment teams for sales launch readiness.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with 3 years in team leadership/management.
  2. Experience in telecom, FTTH, broadband, or FMCG industry preferred.
  3. Strong analytical skills; familiar with Google Earth for territory planning.
  4. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  5. Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
  6. Experience with MTN/ZTE or FTTH projects is an advantage.
  7. Good communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
