Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
- Handle visitor registration, issue passes, and ensure compliance with security procedures
- Schedule appointments, meetings
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support other departments with clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
