We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling inquiries, maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and sign-in procedures.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
  • Coordinate office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative role.
  • Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be available for immediate resumption.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong telephone etiquette.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
