The front desk officer will serve as the first point of contact for our company, welcoming clients, responding to enquiries, managing appointments, and providing information on savings, loans, and investment programmes while maintaining a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and members professionally
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly
- Provide accurate information about She Capital services and programs
- Register new clients and maintain proper records and files
- Schedule appointments and manage daily attendance logs
- Support loan, savings, and contribution documentation
- Handle basic administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- A minimum of a degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
