A Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a positive first impression of the organization. The role involves managing reception duties, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Provide basic information to clients, customers, and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.

Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND or a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, scanners).
- Basic data entry and record management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
