Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Keep records of visitors and maintain logs
- Provide basic information about the company’s services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and printing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an OND
