Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Mentoring or providing support to students who need assistance.
- Attending phone calls and being the first point of contact for a wellbeing team.
- Engaging with students on a daily basis and handling enquiries.
- Maintaining student records and files and other administrative tasks.
- Talk students or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up or resolve issues.
- Efficiently assess the student’s need, to enable appropriate onward referrals and make recommendations for ongoing support.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative of at least 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing ,or any social science related field.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
