Job summary

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role involves handling inquiries, managing calls, and supporting daily office activities to keep operations running smoothly.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
  • Respond to basic inquiries from clients and visitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence emails.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars.
  • Maintain visitor records and logs.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments when needed.
  • Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Support general office operations as required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSC.
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
