Front Desk Officer
Job summary
The Front desk officer is responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide accurate information to visitors and clients
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Keep records of visitors and maintain logbooks
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department
Requirements:
- OND, HND or BSC in any field
- Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
