Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to handle client bookings, attend to customers, and manage front desk activities.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and scheduling (walk-in, calls, and messages).
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments and payments.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on the phone and WhatsApp.
- Ensure the studio environment is organized and presentable.
- Follow up with clients when necessary.
- Work closely with photographers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (clear English and polite tone).
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, typing, simple record keeping).
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Must be respectful, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
