Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages
- Maintain visitor logs and office records
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized
- Respond to inquiries and provide basic information about the organization
- Coordinate with other departments when necessary
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email handling)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle visitors and inquiries politely and efficiently
