Front Desk Officer
Job summary
The front desk officer is the first point of contact for the company. Responsible for welcoming visitors, managing calls, and providing admin support to keep the office running smoothly and professional at all times.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Reception and client experience: Greet visitors, manage waiting area
- Call and email handling: Answer calls, take messages, transfer calls.
- Access control & security: maintain daily visitor register
Requirements:
- HND/BSC in office admin, mass comm, business admin, or related field
- 1-2 Years front desk/reception/customer service experience. Real estate/hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent spoken & written English. Pleasant phone voice and Professional email etiquette
- Warm, neat appearance, confident, discreet. Can handle rude clients calmly.
