Job summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk / Administrative Officer at our Lekki Phase 1 office to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming and well-organized office environment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal meetings when required.
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with office supplies management and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and Operations with basic administrative tasks such as onboarding logistics, record keeping, and scheduling.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Email).
  •  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
  • Customer service orientation 
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of office administration procedures
  • Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is important
