Job summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin Officer to oversee administrative functions and manage front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing essential support to various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and organize company records, databases, and confidential files.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding documentation and scheduling interviews.
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
- Ensure a neat and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory to support daily operations.
- Facilitate internal communication and support daily office operations
Requirements:
- BSC; OND/HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in administrative and front desk roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach
