Job Description/Requirements


A reputable law firm in Lagos is seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the legal team, and providing exceptional customer service.


Qualification: OND or HND in any relevant discipline


Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional reception experience.


Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed.


Schedule appointments and maintain an organized booking system for meetings.


Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.


Assist in basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.


Maintain a clean and presentable reception area at all times.


Provide general information about the firm’s services and respond to basic client inquiries.


Support other staff members with clerical duties as needed.


Requirements:


Must reside within YABA, OBALENDE, IKOYI, LEKKI axis preferably


Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or corporate environment, is an advantage.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


A friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.


Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
