Responsibilities:
- Source candidates
- Screen resumes
- Follow up to schedule interviews
- You are not doing end-to-recruitment.
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, LinkedIn posting, social networks, databases, Boolean search, referrals, and contacts.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as a Recruiter/Talent Aquisition Specialist.
- 1 year experience should be from International Sourcing.
- Active LinkedIn profile for sourcing with at least 500 followers.
