Freelance Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates for available positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Review CVs and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Verify relevant experience, qualifications, availability and interest.
• Explain job opportunities accurately and professionally to candidates.
• Obtain appropriate candidate consent before submitting their information.
• Submit qualified candidates through the Onboard recruitment workflow.
• Follow up with candidates when additional information or documentation is required.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
• Work closely with the Onboard team where additional candidate information or clarification is required.
• Ensure all information submitted is accurate, complete and genuine.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, staffing or candidate sourcing.
• A strong professional or candidate network.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate assessment and screening ability.
• Good attention to detail.
• A proactive and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
• Persistence and a results-driven attitude.
• Professional judgment when determining whether a candidate is genuinely suitable for a role.
