We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our growing network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attract qualified candidates for various client roles across different industries. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
Match candidates to client requirements and ensure timely submission of profiles.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring client needs.
Collaborate with the Gratitude recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND qualification.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Jobberman, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
A laptop and a reliable internet connection.
