- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain accuracy and compliance while submitting profiles

Requirements
- Prior recruitment or talent sourcing experience
- Strong candidate management and communication skills
- Ability to deliver quality profiles within timelines
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms (preferred)
