Job Title: Freelance Platform Mentor (Upwork, Fiverr & Contra)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Platform Mentor to help students successfully launch and grow their freelance careers on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr and Contra. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of securing freelance projects, understands how these platforms work, and can coach students on building competitive profiles, winning proposals, and landing their first and subsequent clients.

Key Responsibilities

Guide students in setting up professional and optimized profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and Contra.
Teach students how to write compelling proposals and gig descriptions that convert.
Review and optimize portfolios, profiles, and service offerings.
Share practical strategies for securing freelance jobs consistently.
Provide one-on-one and group mentorship sessions.
Track students' progress and provide actionable feedback.
Keep students updated on best practices, platform changes and marketplace trends.
Offer guidance on pricing, client communication and long-term freelance growth.

Required Qualifications

Experience training or mentoring aspiring freelancers
Knowledge of multiple digital service categories (e.g. design, writing, development, marketing, virtual assistance, video editing, etc.)
Ability to conduct virtual workshops and coaching sessions
