Study4AS is seeking an experienced TEF Canada/French exam expert to lead the design and delivery of our AI-powered TEF preparation program. You will create curriculum, learning content, mock exams, and live classes to help learners improve French proficiency and achieve their study, work, and immigration-related goals.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design a comprehensive TEF Canada preparation curriculum covering Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing.
- Develop structured study plans for learners from beginner to advanced levels.
- Create lessons, quizzes, assignments, vocabulary exercises, grammar resources, pronunciation activities, and full-length mock examinations.
- Deliver engaging live online French classes and conversation practice sessions.
- Assess learners using TEF Canada evaluation criteria and provide detailed feedback.
- Create model answers, study resources, and exam preparation strategies.
- Review AI-generated French learning content for accuracy, quality, and relevance.
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to improve AI-powered French learning features.
- Monitor learner performance and continuously improve course content.
- Mentor future TEF Canada instructors as the program grows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in French, Education, Linguistics, Modern Languages, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching French, preferably including TEF Canada preparation.
- Excellent spoken and written French.
- Strong understanding of the TEF Canada examination structure, scoring criteria, and Canadian Language Benchmarks/Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (CLB/NCLC).
- Experience teaching adults in an online environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience creating educational content, practice questions, and mock examinations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- FLE, FSL, or equivalent French teaching certification.
- DELF, DALF, or other recognized French language qualification.
- Experience preparing learners for Canadian immigration-related language requirements.
- Experience developing digital learning content.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience recording educational videos.
- Experience teaching Nigerian, African, or international learners preparing for study, work, or migration pathways.
