Responsibilities:

Design a comprehensive IELTS curriculum covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Develop structured study plans for learners at different proficiency levels.
Create lessons, quizzes, assignments, practice questions, and full-length mock exams.
Deliver engaging live online classes and speaking practice sessions.
Assess Speaking and Writing tasks using official IELTS band descriptors.
Create model answers, study resources, vocabulary builders, and exam strategies.
Review AI-generated explanations and learning content for accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to improve AI-powered learning features.
Monitor learner performance and continuously improve course content.
Mentor future IELTS instructors as the program grows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching IELTS preparation.
Strong understanding of IELTS scoring criteria and assessment standards.
Demonstrated success helping learners achieve their target IELTS scores.
Experience teaching online using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience creating educational content, practice questions, and mock examinations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Requirements:

CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification.
Experience developing digital learning content.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience recording educational videos.
Experience teaching Nigerian, African, or international learners preparing for study, work, or migration pathways.
