Responsibilities:

  • Educate, coach, counselor, director,,acting and guiding new hires
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback
  • Resolve issues and setting directions
  • Set goals to achieve for the staff under them
  • Prepare timetables andwork schedule
  • Participate in development of sanitation to ensure safety standard of an establishment


Requirements:
