Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. He/She will lead a team of marketing professionals, coordinate cross-functional efforts,and leverage innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Job Description/Requirements
 Responsibilities:
- To handle Above-the-line marketing (ATL) -Â digital, media placement, out of home (ooh) and promo materials.
- To handle Below-the-line marketing (BTL) -Â project/activation, event, promo materials
- Supervise Brand Communication Executives
- Lead projects for marketing department, manage timelines, field execution, project events communicate and align with agencies
- Engage with influencers
- Create and build relationships with customers/consumers
- Execute brand activation and product sampling
Requirements:
- First degree in Marketing or other related courses
- 3- 5 years’ experience handling ATL and/or BTL digital and media placements
- Marketing and brand experience with beverages, health drinks, energy drinks, carbonated drinks, etc.
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to drive will be an added advantage
