Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Showroom presentation — immaculate, always.
- Floor team supervision and daily operations.
- Opening & closing procedures + EOD reporting.
- CRM data capture, sales support, and inventory integrity.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a supervisory retail or showroom role.
- Experience in a premium brand environment (home, lifestyle, fashion, or hospitality).
- Strong systems aptitude — Zoho CRM, BUSY, POS, or Bumpa is a plus.
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
