Fleet Partnership Associate

The Fleet Partnership Associate is responsible for securing, onboarding, and managing relationships with truck owners and fleet partners to ensure a reliable and scalable transport network.
Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and onboard new truck partners and independent fleet owners
Negotiate partnership terms, rates, and service level agreements (SLAs) with transport partners
Maintain an active database of vetted and available fleet partners
Monitor partner performance including delivery timelines, reliability, and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet partners, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
Coordinate with the operations team to match available fleet capacity to client demand
Conduct regular partner reviews and implement improvement plans where needed
Ensure all partners meet regulatory, safety, and documentation requirements
Qualifications
1–3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Familiarity with freight/trucking operations
Proficiency in logistics management tools or TMS platforms is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
