We are seeking a competent and experienced Firefighting Supervisor to oversee onsite firefighting and fire safety operations. The successful candidate will supervise fire protection works, ensure compliance with approved standards, and support the safe installation, testing, and maintenance of firefighting systems across project sites.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise onsite firefighting and fire safety personnel to ensure effective execution of works
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and contractors on fire protection installations
- Monitor installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance of firefighting systems
- Conduct routine site inspections, fire risk assessments, and permit-to-work fire checks
- Ensure readiness, availability, and proper use of firefighting equipment and PPE
- Provide technical support during system commissioning, troubleshooting, and emergency situations
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, procedures, and fire safety standards
- Report safety issues, non-compliance, and site observations to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Firefighting Supervisor or in a similar fire safety role
- Strong knowledge of firefighting systems, fire safety standards, and site safety practices
- Ability to supervise teams and coordinate multiple site activities
- Experience conducting inspections, risk assessments, and fire safety checks
- Good communication, reporting, and leadership skills
- Relevant fire safety or HSE certifications will be an added advantage
