We are seeking an experienced Finishes Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all finishing works on construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all finishing activities are completed to the highest quality standards, within budget, and in line with project timelines.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing works, including painting, tiling, screeding, ceilings, joinery, flooring, glazing, and related activities.
- Ensure all finishing works meet approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Conduct routine site inspections and resolve workmanship issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other site personnel.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor material usage and support efficient resource management.
- Ensure all finishing works are completed to client satisfaction before project handover.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience supervising finishing works on construction projects.
- Good understanding of construction finishing materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
