Job Opportunity: Insurance Sales Executive at Fortis Global Insurance Plc
Job Description
A sales executive is a professional who identifies potential clients and sells insurance policies by explaining coverage options and helping customers select the right products for their needs. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, generating leads through networking and cold calling, building client relationships, and handling claims assistance. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.
Qualification:
· A Bachelor's degree (BSc) or HND in any relevant field from a recognized Nigerian university.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or experience in the insurance field, Business Administration, financial services industry will be an advantage.
Additional attributes:
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to hybrid work environments.
Sales-related skills: Proven ability in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management.
Communication skills: Strong Presentation, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Communication abilities.
Customer service skills: Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Analytical and organizational skills: Proficiency in Problem-Solving, Data Analysis, and Time Management.
Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, Sales Analytics platforms, and general technology-driven sales solutions.
