Role Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Wuse. The FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning, develop detailed budgets and forecasts, and build sophisticated financial models. The role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring key performance indicators, and offering actionable recommendations to improve financial performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, including the ability to create and manage comprehensive financial plans and strategies.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Expertise in Finance and Financial Modeling, including detailed knowledge of financial principles and tools.
• Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting to ensure accurate financial projections and informed decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and financial planning platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services or fintech.
