Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Lead the Company's finance and accounting functions.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital adequacy requirements.
- Monitor profitability and operational efficiency.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Oversee the preparation of audited financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Present financial performance reports to Management and the Board.
Treasury and Investment Monitoring:
- Monitor the Company's treasury operations.
- Oversee reconciliation of investment portfolios and client assets.
- Monitor fund expenses and operational costs.
- Ensure proper segregation and accounting of proprietary and client funds.
Capital Planning:
- Monitor regulatory capital requirements.
- Prepare financial projections and capital plans.
- Support fundraising and capital market initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis for new products and investment vehicles.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
