Job Summary

We are seeking a financial controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, costing, cash flow, and compliance. He/she will provide strategic financial insights and ensure strong governance across the heavy-equipment business.

Experience Level : Executive level
Experience Length : 10 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and variance reports.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
Manage costing for machinery, spare parts, and maintenance services.
Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure IFRS/tax compliance.
Oversee cash flow, treasury functions, and FX risk planning.
Optimise ERP financial modules and drive process improvements.
Lead the finance team and support executive decision-making.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Accounting/Finance; MBA or ACCA/ICAN preferred.
10+ yrs financial management/accounting experience with leadership exposure.
Experience in heavy equipment, construction, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Strong IFRS, taxation, cost accounting, inventory & asset management knowledge.
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
High integrity and sound commercial judgment.
