Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Lagos, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office work and work from home. The Financial Advisor will provide clients with comprehensive financial guidance, including insurance planning, investment recommendations, retirement planning, and overall financial advisory services. Daily activities include meeting with clients to assess financial goals, analyzing financial information, proposing tailored solutions, and supporting clients in selecting appropriate products. The role also involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, monitoring portfolios, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience. The Financial Advisor will be expected to stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and company offerings to provide timely and accurate advice.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients define and achieve long-term goals.
• Candidates should demonstrate solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze opportunities and construct suitable client portfolios.
• Candidates should have experience in Financial Advisory, including assessing client needs and recommending appropriate insurance and financial solutions.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or local equivalents) are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client-facing work.
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic financial software to support efficient, technology-enabled advisory services.
