Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Ikeja. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and recommend suitable insurance, investment, and savings strategies. Responsibilities include developing personalized financial plans, presenting product options from Heirs General, Heirs Life, and Heirs Insurance Brokers, and regularly reviewing and adjusting client plans as circumstances change. The role involves preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate client records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The Financial Advisor will also participate in business development activities, including prospecting new clients, following up on leads, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Financial Advisory practices, with the ability to create tailored strategies for diverse clients.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including risk assessment and portfolio diversification.
- Experience in Retirement Planning, helping clients plan for long-term income, savings, and asset protection.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis, use of spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
