Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced finance professionals to collaborate as facilitators for upcoming finance training programs. This role involves delivering high-quality, practical training sessions designed to empower participants with essential finance skills and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training modules in areas such as financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management.
• Translate complex finance concepts into actionable knowledge for participants.
• Engage participants through interactive learning methods and practical case studies.
• Collaborate with the organizing team to align training content with participant needs.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional insights during sessions.
• Support post-training evaluation and feedback processes to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements / Ideal Profile:

• Extensive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Proven track record in training, coaching, or facilitation of finance programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and foster an interactive learning environment.
• Professional credibility and integrity.
