Sales Representative
Job summary
The Finance Sales Representative (B2C – Employee Loans) will be responsible for increasing awareness and adoption of Seamless HR’s Embedded Finance products among employees in eligible companies. This includes converting sign-ups into active users and driving repeat usage through responsible engagement and support.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage employees in qualified companies and drive product awareness
- Educate staff on available Embedded Finance products, including: Earned Wage Access (EWA), Salary Advance, Flexi & Maxi Loans, Rent, Car & Asset Financing, Bill Payments
- Convert sign-ups into first-time loan users
- Drive repeat borrowing behavior responsibly
- Support employees through application and usage process
- Conduct physical and virtual activation sessions
- Work with HR contacts for employee communication
- Execute targeted campaigns within eligible companies
- Achieve B2C loan volume targets and grow Monthly Active Loan Users (MAU)
- Track conversion rates and provide insights on adoption barriers
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in any of the following: Field Sales, Fintech Sales, Consumer Lending, Microfinance / Digital Financial Services
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable facilitating group sessions and one-on-one engagement
- Target-driven and performance-oriented
- Energetic and field-oriented
- High ownership mentality
- Comfortable working with metrics and targets
- Ethical and responsible in promoting financial products
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with salary earners or corporate employee groups
- Understanding of digital lending products
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – NGN 350,000 (Monthly)
