Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria 

Work Mode: Hybrid

Salary: from #800,000 per month

Preferred background: SaaS, Credit & Lending, SMEs and Corporate Sales.


Overview -


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales specialist, a senior executive to directly drive credit sales to the corporate clients and their employees. He or she is to expand our client base. This role is responsible for driving revenue increases across the Corporates and Multinational Organizations to provide lending solutions to the emplyees of the organization.


The ideal candidate will drive personal corporate sales target, come into the company with existing contacts, create an effective pipeline to deliver sales from 6th week upwards.


He / she is expected to excel at building high-performing teams, strengthening key relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional client service.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 

* Identify and convert new business opportunities within the SME and corporate markets. 

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. 

* Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity. 

* Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and corporate clients.

* Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and promptly resolve client issues. 

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 

* Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management. 

* Utilize data and insights to improve sales strategies and outcomes.


Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (an MBA is a plus). 

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, particularly with SME and corporate clients. 

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. -

* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
