Finance &Operations; Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management accounts, and cash-flow reports.
• Monitor expenditure, receivables, payables, and project financial performance.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Oversee procurement, supplier payments, inventory, and warehouse financial controls.
• Manage banking relationships and working capital.
• Coordinate audits and statutory/tax compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
• Identify financial leakages, risks, and opportunities to reduce operational costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.
• Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, logistics, warehousing, commodities, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and accounting/ERP systems skills.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
